FaceBook block because of too many posts on somebody"s wall

Facebook is one of biggest social networks and i has half billiard of users soo they have some rules that we cant have more than 5,000 friends now we can get blocked by adding too many friends at same time if you add more than 4 firends you risk block witch blocks adding friends for few hours or few days.
